I’m Alex and I set up Spear Sales Consulting to help Startups and SMEs address these challenges.

Over a 25 year sales career I have worked as a strategic sales lead, coach and mentor for large enterprises such as Microsoft, BT, Siemens and CenturyLink.  

I've worked in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia and won over $1bn of business during my career with a success rate of over 70%.

My value is taking enterprise-grade sales techniques and making them relevant to Start-ups, SMEs and people new to sales.
