The Client takes fullresponsibility in the decisions they make after being coached as well as theconsequences. The Client enters into coaching with full understanding that theyare responsible for creating their own results.
Coaching results are not guaranteed. TheClient enters into the Coaching process with the full understanding that theyare responsible for creating their own results.
The Coach will provide coaching servicesbased on the Client’s needs and desired level of support. The Coach and Clientwill co-create the Coaching Agenda, which will identify the Client’srequirements for Coaching support.
Success requires the Client’s commitment tothe Coaching process and actions derived from it. The Client is required to be open and honestabout their identified areas for development and their needs.
The Coach’s role is to employ expertise as amentor and sounding board, which will help the Client get on track, stayfocussed, and be accountable for their sales progress.
Periodically the Coach, or SPEAR Sales mayprovide links to other web sites or written print material which may be ofvalue, interest and convenience to the Client. This does not constituteendorsement of material at those sites or any associated organisation productof service. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informeddecision about the accuracy of the information at those sites and printmaterial including their privacy policies. In no event shall Alex Henneberg orSpear Sales be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting fromuse of such material.
